James B.Schreiber, Ph. D., earned his doctorate at Indiana University in 2000 and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Foundations and Leadership at Duquesne University. He is currently and Executive Editor for The Journal of Educational Research and for Genetics, Social, and General Psychology Monographs. He is Co-Director of the Center for Research, Evaluation, and Policy Analysis and Research Coordinator/Senior Research at the Center for Advancing the Study of Teaching and Learning. His research interests include people’s beliefs about knowledge, the issues associated with measuring beliefs, and the use of advanced statistical techniques such as structural equation modeling and trajectory modeling.
